About our Space

Our newly renovated townhouse loft boasts 22 foot ceilings, modern/contemporary finishes, and trendy designer furniture throughout. Completely renovated in 2021, the space includes new wide-panel hardwood floors, new bathroom finishes, quartzite kitchen counters, contemporary accent walls, and more. Large windows and high ceilings accentuate an already-spacious home. At any time during the day, natural light floods all of the rooms, especially the 22-foot-ceilinged living room! Among the most striking elements are the moulding panels and LED lights in the living room, the wallpaper accent walls in the stairwell and bedrooms, and the tree-lined upper deck. The bright open-concept kitchen is a work of art for the chef, styled with stunning gray quartzite, pendant lamps, and high-end appliances. Also very distinctive is the master bathroom, complete with a smart toilet, steam shower, double sink, and LED-lit mirror.
